You should upgrade this video. I accidently had disabled Return RUclips Dislike plugin on my web browser before watching this, could have saved me 15 minutes. But in reality, I should have made sure the plugin was installed and working properly before watching these types of videos, so it's really my fault.

I wouldn't put that 10 year old power supply in your living room set up with recapping it. At least pull the cover off and see if any caps are bulged, because if they are it will be putting out very dirty power (a lot of AC ripple) to sensitive GPU, CPC, RAM.... The cheap PCUs use cheap caps which don't last anywhere near as long as expensive units. $5 worth of high quality caps will last 15-20 years. GPUs do not like dirty power and won't last long once the PSU filter caps gets really bad. There are thousands of small and even tiny capacitors on the Mobo and attached components, which can't handle the high ripple current from dirty power.

tools: a good drill tool and an good cutting tool for metal thats all you need and some red spray if you wanna keep the red look ...

insdie : if you can find an old hifi part thats your perfect metal source fro which you can make a very good cover for the powersuply and cables which are there. i have planty of old hifi stuff which are broken and thats what i am gonna do

yep that is a nzxt phantom case. if you do not need so many dvd drives , leave only one and lover it down to the las slot. Grab an old powersuply and take the cover of it where the grid or grill is mounted. Cut the part so that it fits at the front of your pc. Mount to that a 120 mm fan. and now screw that to the upper front part of your case. but before mounting it spray it in the same color of your case. the door : you can take that door appart and you can cut in it so much that you can mount that mesh stuff on that and then you put the tweo parts togehter again. Now your pc has one mo fan which delivers to the cpu fan even more fresh air .... this is the way i am going with

the 4 or 6 pin cable could have been place under the motherboard or you could have cut a custom hole or two in the case that case is not the best for cable management there are much lighter cases out there
